Having dabbled with photography as a teenager, my interest was rekindled at the age of 40 when I met my now wife, Heather, who is a professional photographer.

Sixteen years later, I'm much better at taking/processing images than I have ever been, but I still don't know what my favourite subject is to photograph. 

I like nature, street, architecture, travel, etc but I need the motivation that comes from going on specific trips rather than just walking out of the door and immediately seeing things to photograph ......... at least that gives me the excuse for more travel!
