The Bolton Camera Club meets weekly throughout most of the year and gives a very warm welcome to visitors and new members. We have been sharing a passion for photography since 1884 and are more than happy to share with you, whether your interest is in film or digital, audio visual or more technical aspects of photography.

On December 20th 2014 the Mayor of Bolton, Councillor Martin Donaghy, opened this year's exhibition in the Bolton Art Gallery (above the Central Library) showing work by the Bolton Camera Club, the Bolton Digital Photographic Society and the Bolton Art Circle. John Smith, President of the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union, attended and spoke elegantly about the photographic elements to the show. The exhibition is open until Sunday 1st March 2015.
