Monthly Competition Results

The Bolton Camera Club meets weekly throughout most of the year and gives a very warm welcome to visitors and new members. We have been sharing a passion for photography since 1884 and are more than happy to share with you, whether your interest is in film or digital, audio visual or more technical aspects of photography. 

The new Club year started well on Thursday 22nd January 2015 with the first competition for digital projected images. We were delighted to welcome David Bibby back as our judge. He did a sterling job in spite of being on a peak in the Lake District only that morning. As expected, David gave constructive advice to members and was appreciative of members' efforts. There was a good crop of high scoring images, the ones scoring 20 points being illustrated below.
