Monthly Competition Results

The Bolton Camera Club meets weekly throughout most of the year and gives a very warm welcome to visitors and new members. We have been sharing a passion for photography since 1884 and are more than happy to share with you, whether your interest is in film or digital, audio visual or more technical aspects of photography.

Pamela Vose from the Leigh Club came to visit the Bolton Camera Club on 21st August and took on the challenging task of judging approximately 60 images submitted by members of the Club. Pamela gave some good tips as she viewed the images, including ideas for cropping, balancing colours in images an enhancing black and white prints. It was pleasing to see many members achieving high scores and producing a high standard of work. The pictures below are representative of those achieving top marks.
